BtBL provides 2,000 blue roses for Officer-LODD funerals. Rose-prep is completed by BtBL volunteers the day prior to the funeral. Each rose is trimmed, de-thorned, painted, and placed in a water tube. Finally, a custom printed tag is tied with blue and black ribbon to each stem.
